Step 1: Connect Billing Data (Required)

Billing is the foundation for trust.

Bigdelta connects read-only to systems like:

Tracking script

The first step to start sending data to Bigdelta is putting our tracking script on your website and/or product. It should take no longer that 10 minutes to get up and running. You can get detailed instructions how to setup tracking script in developer documentationarrow-up-right.

  • Product usage (entitlements, limits and usage)

  • Feature adoption (based on product tracking events)

Product data is:

  • Read-only

  • Aggregated into activities, entitlements and feature adoption

  • Used to detect trends, not inspect raw events

Step 3: Add Feedback (Optional)

Product data shows what’s about to happen. Feedback explains why.
