Every new workspace in Bigdelta starts with 4 standard objects that are intended to represent your potential and existing customers.
Account
Accounts represents organization-type (legal) users of your product. All payment data by default is associated with accounts. Account by default is associated with users and company.
User
Users represent people who have access to your product. You should track product activity on user level so that you could see who and how is using your product. User by default is associated with account and feedback.
Subscription
Subscription is key object synced from your billing system. It is necessary to trakc recurring revenue.
Feedback
Feedback represents structured input collected from customers (users or accounts). It is designed to capture qualitative and quantitative insights that can be analyzed, tracked over time, and used to generate revenue signals.
Company (in Scale pricing plan only)
Companies are one of the core objects of Bigdelta. It represents organizations (legal entities) that operate in the market. Company might be your prospect, lead or customer.
